Access the My Account Dashboard
To access the My Account dashboard, follow these steps:
- Visit the Blu Brain website and click the "My Account" link, usually in the page's footer.
- If you are not logged in, enter your account email and password and click "Login."
- Once logged in, you will be directed to the My Account dashboard, where you can manage your subscription and account details.
Orders
The Orders section of the My Account dashboard allows you to:
- View your order history, including the order number, date, status, and total
- Access detailed information about each order by clicking the order number or the "View" button
- Pay for orders with a "Failed" or "Pending Payment" status using the "Pay" button
- Cancel unpaid orders by clicking the "Cancel" button
To reorder a completed order, click the "Order Again" button.
Addresses
Update your billing and shipping addresses in the Addresses section. These details are used for billing and shipping purposes only.
Payment Methods
If your Blu Brain store supports multiple payment methods, you can manage them in the Payment Methods section. You can add, remove, or update your preferred payment method.
Account Details
In the Account Details section, you can:
