Steps to Initiate a Return

Please follow these simple steps if you need to return your Blu Brain Methylene Blue. Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which can be found here.

Before initiating a return, please ensure that your product meets the following criteria:


  • The product is unopened and undamaged, with an unbroken safety seal.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The purchase was made through the Blu Brain website (third-party sites like eBay have their policies).

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return. You can contact them via email or our website's support portal. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase and any necessary information about the product.
