Account Termination & Fraud Policy

At Blu Brain, we are committed to maintaining a fair, ethical, and transparent Ambassador Programme. We have strict policies regarding account termination, fraudulent activity, and unethical marketing practices to ensure integrity and compliance. Please read this policy carefully to understand the actions that may lead to suspension or removal from the programme.


1. Grounds for Account Termination

Your Blu Brain Ambassador account may be terminated for any of the following reasons:

1.1. Fraudulent Activity

❌ Using fake orders or self-referrals to generate commissions.
❌ Encouraging customers to request refunds after commissions have been credited.
❌ Creating multiple accounts to exploit commission structures.
❌ Using bots, automated scripts, or deceptive methods to inflate clicks or conversions.

1.2. Violations of Marketing Guidelines

❌ Making false or misleading claims about Blu Brain products.
❌ Using unapproved marketing materials or discount codes.
❌ Running paid ads (Google, Facebook, TikTok) that bid on Blu Brain brand terms.
❌ Engaging in spammy, aggressive, or deceptive marketing tactics.

1.3. Unethical Conduct & Brand Misrepresentation

❌ Impersonating Blu Brain staff or making unauthorized claims.
❌ Posting false testimonials or fake reviews.
❌ Using hate speech, offensive language, or misleading content while promoting Blu Brain.
❌ Engaging in activities that damage the reputation of Blu Brain.

1.4. Violation of GDPR & Data Protection Laws

❌ Collecting customer data without consent.
❌ Spamming users with unsolicited emails, messages, or promotions.
❌ Sharing or misusing sensitive customer information.

1.5. Breach of Terms & Conditions

❌ Failure to comply with Ambassador Terms & Conditions and Marketing Compliance Policies.
❌ Ignoring repeated warnings or policy reminders from Blu Brain.
❌ Using prohibited methods to generate sales artificially.


2. Consequences of Fraud & Policy Violations

If an Ambassador engages in any prohibited activity, the following actions may be taken:

2.1. Warnings & Commission Revocation

First Offense: A warning will be issued, and commissions from fraudulent referrals will be revoked.
Second Offense: Your account will be reviewed, and all pending commissions may be frozen.

2.2. Immediate Account Termination

❌ In severe violations or repeated offences, your account will be permanently terminated.
❌ Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if fraud is detected.
❌ You may be blocked from rejoining the Blu Brain Ambassador Programme.

2.3. Legal Action (If Necessary)

⚠ Fraudulent actions or breaches of data privacy laws may lead to legal proceedings.
⚠ Blu Brain reserves the right to pursue legal action against Ambassadors engaging in serious fraud or brand damage.


3. Preventing Unintentional Violations

To avoid accidental violations, follow these best practices:

✅ Always use your official referral link and ensure sales are organically generated.
✅ Promote Blu Brain using approved marketing materials found in the Ambassador Dashboard.
✅ Avoid making exaggerated or misleading claims about product benefits.
✅ Familiarise yourself with GDPR & Data Privacy Laws when handling customer information.
✅ Reach out to [email protected] if you have questions about compliance.


4. Appeals & Reinstatement

If your account is terminated, you may submit an appeal if you believe the termination was in error.

2️⃣" Provide detailed reasons why you believe the termination was unfair.
3️⃣ Include any evidence or clarification that may support your case.

Note: Appeals are reviewed case-by-case, and Blu BraiBrain'sision is final.
