Introduction

The Blu Brain Ambassador Programme is committed to ethical and compliant marketing practices. This policy outlines the rules all ambassadors must follow to ensure compliance with legal standards, platform policies, and Blu Brain's brand integrity. Failure to comply may result in commission forfeiture, account suspension, or removal from the programme.


1. General Marketing Compliance

1.1. Honesty & Transparency

✅ Always disclose that you are a Blu Brain Ambassador when promoting products.
✅ Use clear and honest language in all marketing materials.
✅ Only share information that aligns with Blu Brain's official product descriptions.

Do not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
Do not imply Blu Brain is a medical cure or can treat specific conditions.

1.2. Compliance with Advertising & Consumer Laws

✅ Follow UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
✅ Include disclaimers like: "As a Blu Brain Ambassador, I may earn a commission on purchases made through my referral link."


2. Prohibited Marketing Practices

2.1. False or Misleading Claims

❌ Do not claim that Blu Brain:

  • Cures diseases, treats medical conditions or enhances intelligence.
  • It has effects that are not backed by scientific research.

2.2. Misuse of Referral Links & Fraudulent Activity

❌ Do not self-refer (using your own link to earn commission).
❌ Do not encourage fake signups or manipulate referrals.
❌ Do not use misleading redirects to disguise affiliate links.

2.3. Unauthorised Paid Ads & Brand Bidding

❌ Do not run paid ads using the Blu Brain brand name or variations.
❌ Do not bid on Blu Brain-related keywords in Google, Facebook, or other ad platforms.

Allowed: Running general nootropic or biohacking ads without Blu Brain-specific keyword targeting.

2.4. Spam & Unethical Promotion

❌ Do not mass-message or spam referral links in social media comments, groups, or forums.
❌ Do not post referral links on Blu Brain's official social media accounts.

Allowed: Posting in relevant communities where affiliate links are permitted.


3. Approved Marketing Channels

Where You CAN Promote Blu Brain:

  • Personal social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Blogs & websites related to nootropics, biohacking, health, and wellness
  • YouTube videos & podcasts discussing brain health
  • Private online communities (if allowed by group rules)

Where You CANNOT Promote Blu Brain:

  • Unapproved paid ads (Google, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Third-party product review pages (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Blu Brain's official pages, comments, and forums

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

Blu Brain actively monitors ambassador marketing activities. If violations occur:

First Violation: A warning and a request to correct the issue.
Second Violation: Commission forfeiture for the affected referrals.
